Sake is an alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin that is made from fermented rice, sometimes referred to as Rice Wine.  At Yangtse's we are very proud to serve Premium Sakes along with our House Sake -
Tan Rei Junmai.

Tan Rei Junmai
- Delicious served Hot or Chilled.  The taste is clean, mellow and distinctly dry.

Tozai Blossom Plum
- Plum sake with ample aromas of almond and marzipan.  Smooth and slightly sweet.

Choya Umeshu Classic
- Beautifully balanced sweet and tart taste of the ume fruit with notes of almond from the ume pit.

Joto Nigori
- This Nigori is bright and lively with fresh tropical notes, creamy and almost chewy on the palate.

Yuki No Bosha Junmai Ginjo
- With its pale lemon appearance and aromas of strawberry, peach and melon this is truly enjoyed by both new and seasoned sake drinkers.



Mock-Tails are a new addition to the bar menu.  They are made with Han Asian Soju (48pf) which is barley, rice and pure spring water that is fermented and distilled in small batches.
